| Abstract: | The Manoel Theatre Orchestra and The Jesus of Nazareth Choir present the programme for their own orchestral concert, conducted by Mro. Joseph Sammut, with a choir directed by Fr. Salv Galea. The concert was led by George Spiteri, and starred soloist Freddie Mizzi. The concert featured the musical works of Joseph Vella, Sibelius, Verdi, Leoncavallo, and Gounod. The performance was held on the 17th of February, 1972, at the Manoel Theatre, in Valletta. |
