Abstract: Reporting in 1956, the Women Employee's Organisation (WEO) within the Social Action Movement ( SAM)297 had publicly announced that: [Women] have won an active voice in the political, social, educational, legal and all the other spheres of life. We may well say that there is no cell in either the public or the international field wherein women do not take an active part. Women's emancipation, in the true and correct sense of the word, at least as far as their representation in all the spheres of life is concerned, may be called absolute and complete.
