Abstract: Manoel Theatre and Il Teatro Municipale di Piacenza present the programme for the 4-act melodrama "Rigoletto", written by Francesco Maria Piave, with music composed by Guiseppe Verdi, and produced by Tonino Pipi. The opera featured an orchestra conducted by Pieralberto Biondi. The opera was part of Manoel theatre's series "La Stagione Lirica Tradizionale 1972", which was directed by Tonino Pipi and Cesare Barlacchi, and held in May, 1972, at the Manoel theatre in Valletta. This particular opera was held on the 18th and the 21st of May.
Description: Programme includes title page with repertoire list of La Stagione Lirica Tradizionale in Italian including cast and crew, photographs of cast and crew involved in the series with some signatures, synopsis of each act in the opera "Rigoletto" in English, list of cast and crew in "Rigoletto", synopsis of each act in the opera "Rigoletto" in Maltese, list of Manoel Theatre Management, Committee, and list of forthcoming events at the Manoel theatre.
