Abstract: | Professor Tonio Borg has launched his eighth law book that deals with the landmark judgments of Chief Justice Sir Arturo Mercieca delivered between 1924 and 1940. The book is divided into eight chapters, apart from the Preface written by Professor Borg and the biographical chapter penned by Judge Bonello. The Mercieca-delivered judgments discussed by Professor Tonio Borg are the product of a just and wise man that remain current to date. |
