| Abstract: | Manoel Theatre presents the programme for the 3-act grand opera "Angelica - The Bride of Mosta", written and artistically directed by V. M. Pellegrini, with music composed by Carmelo Pace. The opera featured an orchestra conducted by Mro. Joseph Sammut. The performance also featured the Jesus of Nazareth Choir (directed by Fr. Salv. Galea) and the Lilian Attard Ballet School. The performance was held on the 20th, the 21st, the 27th, and the 28th of October, 1973, at the Manoel Theatre, in Valletta. |
