Abstract: The painting of the Holy Family Parish Iklin was blessed by Rev Mgr. Carmelo Aquilina on 29 December 2007. The painting is a work by renowned painter Paul Camilleri Cauchi and was done according to norms of Vatican Council II. In line with these norms, the artist made a bozzetto of the proposed painting to be presented to the Curia Sacred Art Commission for its consideration and approval. The painting symbolises the Holy Family: Jesus, Mary and Joseph.
