Abstract: Customer satisfaction can be analysed through a range of variables. In this work, the author analyses the Customer satisfaction of the Water Services Corporation through trust and confidence. the results analysed were collected by means of a scientific questionnaire. the results obtained compared with the literature search are satisfactory and indicate that customers have trust in the Water Services Corporation and also are confident in its officers.
