Abstract: This project was aimed to discover the level of Customer Satisfaction, Customer Expectations and Customer Ideal with the services given by the Water Services Corporation. It contains the introduction which highlights the history of the Corporation, ideas of various authors regarding the subject and the way to obtain the three values discussed. The research was executed by means of a Survey which was hand distributed in nearly all the villages in Malta and the addresses were picked out randomly from domestic premises. The Survey produced a clear picture of the ideas and wishes of the Maltese Population with regards to the WSC. The research was based on a quantitative research due to the fact that physical approach gives better results. Demographics, Data analyses of the survey, Correlations, Factor Analysis and Reliability Statistics are also explained. The Research concludes by explaining the fundamental importance of Overall Customer Satisfaction for the Water Services Corporation since the Organisation depends totally on its internal and external Customers.
