Abstract: Marie Benoit talked to Ann Jenkins about her solo exhibition ‘Solus’ which means solitude. Ann Jenkins commented that she chose the title Solus because she had always liked being alone or being in solitude. As a Child ‘my father used to think I was sulking, but no, it was the joy and freedom of being· out of everyone's way’ she explained. Ann started her painting lessons with popular Maltese artist Debbie Caruana Dingli.
