Abstract: | A historic milestone in the assertion of international justice. There will never be any more unpunished criminals. The saying is so true: grass may grow again on battlefields but not on scaffolds. Humanity has throughout the ages become, if not accustomed, at least resigned to war: a moment of collective folly, an explosion of irrational feelings where everyone believes to be fighting in defense of one's space or vital interests against an enemy which is the epitome of all evil. |
