Abstract: | The main consequence of globalization is the change in the concept of "space". In the era of globalization, space tends to become "diaphanous", so as to foster the meeting (the melting) of different cultures as much as possible. This process raises some crucial questions in the field of Human Rights. The most significant is: should the West force other civilizations to follow its own Human Rights conception? |
