| Abstract: | In 1963, L-Ghurusa made its debut at the Manoel Theatre, showcasing the harrowing journey of Sister Wistina as she grapples with mental and emotional anguish. After witnessing the drowning of her beloved, she decides to join a sisterhood. However, the trauma she experiences drives her to lose touch with reality, ultimately leading her to confuse her departed loved one with Jesus Christ. |
