| Abstract: | It is with great pleasure that I introduce "Run and Smile," a booklet that represents a manifestation of the power of sports in promoting social inclusion and well-being. The INCLUSION FIRST project, under which this booklet was developed, has consistently championed the values of sports as a vehicle for social inclusion. Our efforts align with the latest EU sports agenda, including the EU Work Plan for Sport (2021-2024) and the Erasmus+ programme (2021-2027). These frameworks have provided a solid foundation for our initiatives, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of fostering inclusivity through sports.
