| Abstract: | Manoel Theatre and Mid-Med Bank present the programme for a vocal and instrumental staff concert, conducted by John Galea, led by Mario Bisazza, and starring singer Phyllis Bajada Abram (soprano) and pianist Stephanie Lauri Quintano. The concert featured the musical works of Rossini, Mozart, Donizetti, Bellini, Cilèa, Puccini, Verdi, and Grieg. The performance was held on the 9th of May, 1989, at the Manoel Theatre, in Valletta. |
| Description: | Two copies of programme included, one with few performers' signatures, and the other without. Both programmes include notes with photos on conductor John Galea and soprano singer Phyllis Bajada Abram, list of featured music including composers, descriptions and their operas where applicable, note with photo on pianist Stephanie Lauri Quintano, list of members of the orchestra, and list of acknowledgements from the Manoel Theatre Management Committee.
