Abstract: The main objective of this research was to design and develop an emotional intelligence teacher’s activity pack for Form 1 and 2 students. The emotional intelligence model used for the development of the Pack was the mental ability model. The activities included in the Pack are designed in a way as to facilitate teaching and learning through an experiential learning approach. As processing being an integral part of experiential learning, each activity includes a set of questions that can assist in the processing phase of the lesson. The activities are also diverse, and include activities that consider the different learning styles of the students. Following the development of the Activity Pack, seven PSCD teachers and a PSCD EO evaluated the Pack. After this evaluation, feedback was then collected by conducting semi-structured interviews with each of the participants. Participants could also note their remarks in the feedback sheets that were given to them together with the Activity Pack. The data gathered from the interviews and the feedback sheets was then analysed and used for the further improvement of the Activity Pack.
