Abstract: This article provides an in-depth analysis of Andrea Belli (1703–1772), highlighting his contributions as an architect, industrialist, and impresario in 18th-century Malta. Belli designed key Baroque structures in Malta. Beyond architecture, he was involved in stone quarrying, the export of Malta stone, and the operation of a wind-powered sawmill.
