| Abstract: | Cloud Computing is a relatively new paradigm in the world of computing. It has swiftly gained in popularity and the term itself is commonly seen in the media and is implied to have far reaching implications to affect every day life. eGovernment, both as a concept and initiative, has been around awhile longer. This literature survey will examine the intersection of the two topics with respect to the state of the art and the European Union (EU) perspective. This includes an in-depth look at the EU roadmap for eGovernment and possible opportunities for private enterprise. |
