dc.description.abstract | Library for camera control is set of functions that will make use of virtual camera in DAZ studio considerably easier whilst providing many additional functions to automate some tasks. Such application is useful for anyone who works on 3D human modeling where modeler has to position camera manually in order to get desired results. Although many libraries and plugins exists for DAZ studio, none of them offer set of functionalities for automatic camera positioning in 3D environment. In this dissertation, complete library for programmatical camera control was developed as well as a plugin for DAZ studio to make functions available from user interface. Complex algorithms such as Particle Swarm Optimization and Genetic Algorithm were explored and compared with the aim of getting the best shot in the shortest period of time. Testing showed that PSO is the best method for finding the best position in 3D space as it executes faster and gives better results. | en_GB |
