| Abstract: | Over the years little or no attempt was ever made in raising public awareness as to the rights and duties of citizens and of their elected representatives. In this light, certain proposals made in this document are intended to improve the means of exchange of ideas and opinions as an on-going process of formation of public opinion on new developments as and when they arise. There is an urgent need to encourage the development of mature political opinion. One object of this document is to contribute towards this end. |
