| Abstract: | This White Paper covers two issues. The first is that of giving more administrative and financial autonomy to the Maltese Parliament. The second subject, is the setting up of a mechanism to better control the behavior of members of parliament inside and outside the House, without hindering the free exercise of the functions inherent in their office. |
