| Abstract: | On October 1991, White Paper "Shab indaqs fiz-zwieg: tigdid tal-ligi tal-familja" was published. This publication was given a month's time in order to give some proposals towards the Ministry of Social Policy. Therefore on 30th November, the Ministry of Social Policy organized a National Seminar on this White Paper. This is the written document of what was said during the National Seminar. |
