Abstract: | During this dissertation, the researcher analysed how the above mentioned three secondary school subjects are related to each other at Form 4 level, and if such relationship affects the students’ academic performance. The main objectives were to seek and understand how this relationship occurs in the 4th year of secondary education, and also how it could sustain the students’ learning achievement in these three subjects. Significant data was gathered mainly through a qualitative research approach, which took the form of structured open-ended interviews, handed to four Teachers and an Education Officer for each respective subject. These respondents expressed their point of view about this relationship, providing significant data how this relationship is evident, how it takes place and how it can furnish the students’ knowledge and understanding of the three subjects. Furthermore, the researcher gathered a sample of students’ Form 4 Annual marks of the three subjects, identifying if a relationship exists by comparing the students’ marks between Design and Technology and Physics / Graphical Communication. |
