Abstract: | This is a four year study about the anaesthesia administered in Malta for this very demanding branch of surgery neonatal, rather than paediatric. This type of surgery is meant for the relief of life threatening conditions associated with congenital defects and is often done as an emergency procedure hours after birth. |
