Abstract: The aim of this study is to examine the Attitudes of University students towards Domestic Violence, since many of them will be dealing with Domestic Violence in their future careers. These attitudes could affect how interaction takes place with the battered woman could aid her in escaping an unfortunate situation or made to feel like she cannot turn to anyone and is forced to live with her situation. The methodology used is quantitative using a structured survey that was sent to a random sample of 1000 students enrolled in the University of Malta through the Registrar's office. The responses where then put through the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and analysed. Furthermore, the Results/Discussion section analyses in dept the attitudes brought forward by the 96 respondents that answered the questionnaire.
