| Abstract: | The book review evaluates the autobiography of the renowned French patristic scholar, Adalbert-G. Hamman (1910-2000). The book narrates the spiritual journey of a man who delved deeply into patristic texts, published commentaries and articles and travelled far and wide to divulgate the richness of the Church Fathers. The review gives a balanced evaluation of the text by Hamman and invites readers to appreciate the long life-journey of Hamman. |
