The Faculty of ICT's Exhibition Event : FICTeX 2017

Abstract

The Faculty of ICT’s annual exhibition event - 10th Anniversary edition held at the Faculty of ICT, University of Malta, Msida Campus from 13-14 July 2017. This year’s FICTeX will be exhibiting around 80 projects, which relate to various aspects of ICT. These projects are from various fields of study – touching upon, but not limited to, such themes as genome modelling and data science, game technology, information analytics, assistive and adaptive technologies, image and video analysis and processing, formal contract analysis, program execution verification, body monitoring, wearable devices, flow management and transport systems, security and surveillance solutions, testing, visualisation, health and wellbeing, speech processing, programming paradigms, entertainment, embedded systems and chip design, system modelling, social media and tools, mobile technologies, video transmission, financial tools, hardware interfacing, user experience, and many other areas.
