| Abstract: | The three letters under discussion are presented here in Arabic transcription and translation followed by a philological and linguistic analysis: the first letter is found in folio 89r (folded in half) and the other two are in folio 90r (also folded in half, one on the right and the other on the left). Folios 89v and 90v contain the address which the letters were to be dispatched to (Illus. 34 and 35). |
