Il-kelma "Vangelu" f'halq l-insara ma' tfissirx biss kull ahbar tajba, imma tfisser dik l-ahbar tajba fuq il-hajja u I-hidma ta' l-Iben ta' Alla maghmul bniedem ghall-fidwa tal-bnedmin. Din hija t-tifsira tal-kelma "Vangelu", meta ahna nghidu I-Vangelu ta' San Mattew jew ta' San Gwann. Il-kelma "Vangelu" tfisser it-taghlim ta' Gesu u t-taghlim fuq Gesu, Ii miet u qam mill-mewt ghall-fidwa tal-bnedmin, u Ii l-Appostli bdew ixandru fost il-Lhud u fost il-Gentili. Dan huwa I-"Vangelu" Ii l-Appostlu Missierna S. Pawl (Ii x'aktarx kien l-ewwel wiehed fost l-Appostli u I-insara kollha Ii nqeda b'din il-kelma), mar ixandar, il-fidwa tal-bnedmin, imwettqa minn Sidna Gesu Kristu, ghal dawk Ii jemmnu fih u Ii jiksbu l-fidwa bis-sahha tal-Passjoni ta' Gesu.en_GB
