Abstract: Primary non-ampullary adenocarcinoma of the duodenum is a rare occurrence, arising mainly from adenomatous polyps [1].We report the first case of a pedunculated adenocarcinoma of the duodenal bulb, arising from a hyperplastic polyp, treated with endoscopic snare polypectomy.
