Abstract: | Harget l-aħbar li fl-24 ta' April, il-Papa Pawlu VI sejjer Sardinja, biex jiċċelebra is-sitt ċentinarju tal-wasla tal-Madonna ta' Bonaria f'Kaljari. Ixxurtjati s-Sardi li ser jilqgħu fosthom il-Kap tal-Knisja Kattolika! Ġa nies oħra barra mill-Italja kellom din ix-xorti: L-Għarab u l-Lhud laqgħuh f-Ġerusalemm, l-lndjani sellmulu f'Bombay, l-Amerikani ferħu bih fi New York u f'Kolumbja, l-Isvizzeri ċapċpulu f'Ġinevra u Portugiżi xejrulu l-imkatar f'Fatima u l-Afrikani żifnu ferħanin quddiemu fl-Uganda. Saħansitra it-Torok raw fosthom bi pjaċir kbir dak li fl-imghoddi kien għalihom "ir-rajjes tal-klieb insara"! F'dan l-artiklu naraw li zewg papiet zaru u qaghdu f'Malta qabel ma lahqu papiet, mons Fabio Chigi (Papa Alessandru VII) u Antonio Pignatelli (di Spinazzola) (Papa Innocenzju XII) ; Naqraw ukoll fuq ix-xewwiexa fi-ltalja kontra il-Papa u meta Malta reġgħet ġiet suġġerita bħala post ta' kenn għall-Papa f'kas ta xi nkwiet iehor |
