PSHo: Dr. Joe Cassar, Parliamentary Secretary for Housing. LG: Dr. Lawrence Gonzi, Speaker of the House of Deputies and Chairman of the National Commission for the Handicapped. BB: Miss Bernadette Borda, Chairman of the Commission for the Advancement of Women. MS: Dr. Maria Sciberras, Head of the Detoxification Centre.
