| Abstract: | 1932 was to prove a red letter year in the annals of the Movement. On Thursday, May 8th, Ascension Day, Sir David Campbell as Governor and Chief Scout declared open the new Scout Headquarters inside St. Luke's Bastion at Floriana, erected in memory of General Sir Walter Congreve by his old regiment, the Rifle Brigade, and by contributions from friends in the three Services and in Malta. |
