| Abstract: | The Pharmacy Symposium 2016 tells the story of the academic achievements of the students of the Pharmacy Department of the University of Malta. The research input by all the students be it Master of Pharmacy, Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Pharmaceutical Technology or Master of Science in Pharmacy candidates is a quest leading to a new understanding of pharmaceutical processes and also to understanding what it means to be a pharmacist or a pharmaceutical technologist. All the research projects included in this booklet and presented at the symposium are carried out under the auspices of the Department of Pharmacy.
