| Abstract: | Having seen, in the first part of this discussion of the Gozo Capitula (Fiorini, 2018), the general framework within which this genre of legislation was produced, including an overview of the various Ambassadors representing Gozo before the King or his Viceroy in Sicily, it is fitting now to deal in more detail with the issues that were treated in these capitula. As in the first part of this article, there will be several references to the Documentary Sources of Maltese History series which will be briefly referred to as DSMH. |
