Abstract: | Man emerges as a central figure in all the work in Social Studies. The aim of this brief study is to check if and to what extent current ideas on the teaching of the subject are being actually implemented in Maltese State Primary Schools from Year 3 to Year 6 so that they will fit adequately into the concept and definition of Social Studies as described above. |
