dc.description.abstractThis paper presents an analysis of employment discrimination within a European and a Maltese context due to religion or belief. Using a qualitative research method, national and supra-national legislation together with cases were studied to be able to create awareness on how different religions among us shall not affect anyone at the place of work since it is where most humans spend a lot of time their lives in. The result of legislation and cases show significant improvement towards this aim however the work presented below has a profound implication for future studies on this subject to the hope that one day this problem will be nonexistent and have everyone living together without making any discrimination towards religion or belief at the place of work.en_GB
