Abstract: | An earlier issue of the International Corporate Law Bulletin (ICLB Vol 1 issue 3 p 8 - November 1998) featured an item on a company law issue that had arisen in the course of a court case being heard before a Maltese court. The item was headed 'Resuscitation of a company which has been dissolved and struck off'. Judgment has now been given and has become final as none of the parties to the proceedings has submitted an appeal. |
