Culture is an abstract phenomenon but its existence is felt wherever communities, or a group of people, interact together within the bounds of such community or group. Organisational Culture is one such instance, where the coming together of a multitude of ideals and opinions forms a common environment found solely within that organisation. Such organisational culture gives the company an identity, as well as instils a certain mentality within the minds of all the employees. While this culture takes its own time to form, it becomes one with the company and like societal or country cultures, it rarely undergoes important changes. Such culture can still be the subject of these changes, though a sizeable force is expected to have this outcome. A relocation to another country among totally new traditions and values is expected to derail the processes of the company quite drastically in its early stages, but this may not always be the case. This paves the way for this study, which will investigate how a Ukrainian native video games company, 4A Games will face the move with a particular eye to the changes in the organisational culture of the company, and if and how these changes have affected company-wide policies and procedures.en_GB
