Abstract: | One of the milestones of education in Gozo must be the establishment of the Gozo Centre as a separate campus of the University of Malta. This has been a great boom to a considerable number of students who, for one reason or another, have found it difficult to partake in the facilities available on the larger Island. That there was a need for such a development is attested for by the number of students who have flocked to this Centre to take up longer or shorter courses leading from Certificate level to full blown Degrees. The first Bachelor of Arts students had their graduation ceremony last year. |
