| Abstract: | This dissertation aims to investigate the link between tourism demand and one of the most contentious political issue taking shape in Europe during this time i.e. Brexit. Ever since the referendum took place, questions have been raised about the potential ramifications this event will have on trade, the economy and migration among other sectors in the United Kingdom and across Europe, but one possible consequence as a result of this outcome could be the negative effect on tourism inflows to Malta from the British market. |
