The aim of this study is to get a better view on University students’ perspectives regarding the reform in drug laws, with the focus being on Cannabis. A quantitative approach was preferred to a qualitative one and a Likert-Scale based questionnaire was distributed to students via the University Registrar. Data was analyzed using SPSS and was evaluated relative to the research agenda. Answers provided were analyzed in relation to age, gender and use of Marijuana. This study found that students have overall positive perspectives regarding Marijuana use and that they agree with the drug reform. A correlation was found between Marijuana use and positive attitudes towards Marijuana almost throughout the whole study.en_GB
