| dc.description.abstract | The fact that Maltese Labour Law has been strongly influenced by English Labour Law is undisputed. Indeed in some cases English legislation has been re-enacted by the Maltese legislature and there have been and there are several provisions of our Labour Law which are wholly identified to their English counterparts. The provisions relating to the 'special' immunities and liabilities peculiar to trade unions, and, the provisions which affect mostly trade unions, and the provisions which affect mostly trade unions are definitely among the latter. | en_GB |
