| Abstract: | The subject of this thesis was chosen because of its relevance in Malta at the present moment. The Maltese Government intends to turn the Marsaxlokk port into a major Transhipment-Processing Zone, and steps have already been taken towards this end. It is hoped that this dissertation will be of some value. The thesis consists in a comparative study of the law and practice of transhipment of cargo. |
