Abstract: The legal concept of the Company, from the Medieval Ages in which it originated, through the euphoric age of the Industrial Revolution and up to the present day, has always been based on the principle that in a Company, the persons acting are not regarded as persons acting together, but as persons acting as an entity" a source of action independent of themselves. The inter-relation between the associates themselves, between the associates and the company, and between the company and the outside world were-established gradually after innovations and confirmation of certain principles and the rejection of others-.
