| Abstract: | This issue provides information on OER Commons, an online library of free-to-use teaching and learning content, ranging from textbooks and lecture notes to entire lesson plans, activities, and simulations that are useful for both teachers and students across all levels of education. OER (Open Educational Resources) form part of the Open Science movement and are becoming increasingly more important with the education systems throughout the world moving toward distance learning. Additionally, the Open Science Department would like to inform you that the next OAR@UM Workshops will be held on 16th November 2020 between 14:00 hrs and 15:00 hrs and on 10th December 2020 between 11:00 hrs and 12:00hrs.
