Problems connected with Unica Charta wills

Abstract

The object of this thesis is to discuss wills Unica Chart and the problems relating thereto. It will be noted that wills Unica Charta are of a very special nature, and that although most foreign codes do not accept them, our legislator has still deemed it necessary to retain them. In the course of this thesis, one shall attempt to point out some of the problems relating to these wills, which are drawn up by the majority of spouses in these Islands. Finally it will be shown why it is that in spite of their traditional use, one should remove them and disallow them from our Legislation.
