Abstract

We have still not obtained a scientific research in the study of methodology with regards to the Maltese Language at primary level classes. This dissertation is going to focus on the teaching of grammar. It is important that in this dissertation, the main objective is the teaching of the first language grammar and the way how it is implemented at primary level stages. In the second part of the analyses, a model of a syllabus is developed which includes examples of activities adapted for year five classes. First - trail attempts are carefully examined, then evaluated and suggestions are brought foreword for better improvement.
