Abstract: | Philosophy of law deals also with juridical ontology. This study concerns the metaphysical aspect of the natural juridical order, with natural law and with the natural rights of the human person. However, there is another aspect which Dario Composta calls "diceologia" which is a branch of ontology dealing essentially with the virtue of justice. |
