Abstract: In this work, I will show some of the different techniques which can be used in the Art and Craft lesson and which are useful in bringing out the creative aspect in children. Some of them are well known whilst others are novelties. Some show creativity in adolescents and adults, while others show creativity in small children. Inspiration is also important: nature, especially the environment, influences children a great deal. This can be seen in their drawings, some of which are represented here. For me, the artist is a person who is able to create something out of scrap, so the majority of these techniques can be carried out in places where few Art and craft materials are available.
