Venera u wara l-familja tiegħu marret toqgħod il-Ħamrun. Huwa studja fl-iskola primarja tal-Marsa u l-Liċeo sakemm fil-21 ta' Diċembru 1941 ħaddan l-Ordni Karmelitan. Fil-21 ta' Diċembru 1946 ġie ordnat saċerdot. Eżatt kif qaddes P.Ġustin ġie mibgħut Ruma fejn għamel sentejn 1947-1949. U wara ġie fil-Parroċċa tagħna Sta.Venera.
